The minimalist’s guide to selling at high fees

I’m a big fan of keeping things simple and focused.
In fact, one of my biggest battles with clients is to cut away unnecessary “stuff” to get them focused on the few essentials…

And, in the end selling at high fees…above market fees…requires just a few things.

#1 – Authority. If you’re not an authority, why should you be paid a penny more than the next guy or gal?

#2 – Consistency. Just showing up with something useful and interesting to say again and again…and again, will build your authority position, build trust and relationship better than anything else.

#3 – Packaging. How have you wrapped up what you do in a way that’s distinct and inherently more valuable to your IDEAL clients?

That’s it.

That’s 3 things to focus on, not 3,000.

It’s the 80/20 of selling at high fees.
