Ok, this week, we’re dealing with the dirty “D” word…
Man, I’ve had a love-hate relationship with that word over the years. Love the idea of it, but the implementation can be challenging.
If I’m honest, I’m good at figuring out the high-level processes, and…the details drive me a little nuts.

I think the challenges are magnified in a professional service setting. Sure, the science of what you do is easy to break into steps. It’s mechanical.
The hard part is how to turn the art of what you do into a system–the strategy, the critical thinking, problem-solving, and application of your vast store of specialized knowledge to a specific client’s problem today.
My thinking on how to do this has changed over the last couple of months, and (I think) my approach has improved and simplified. I walk you through it on today’s episode.
